9x12 inches oil on panel of one of the original California Mission Churches. It is in an ebony finished wood 14.5x17.5 inches frame. San Juan Bautista sits off U.S. 101 south of the San Francisco Metro area out in the farmland. It is located just on the Continental U.S. side of the San Andreas Fault upon which the fault line is also the original Camino Real that was the road traveled from Baja California all the way to the most northern Mission in Solano north of San Francisco Metro area and the Bay. The church faces north and it its left or our right is the fault line and a distinct 15 to 20 foot drop down to the farmland that is slowly sliding northward.
